The business model for the next generation of customer experience

Jonathan Spector, CEO of The Conference Board, is interviewed by Robert Reiss about a new business model by which corporations cede selected processes to the customer. Spector also discusses the benefits of “crowdsourcing,” and experience-sharing between for-profit and not-for-profit organizations. Spector also provides thoughts about the use of crowdsourcing in the pharmaceutical and food product industries, and reveals how crowdsourcing was used to produce his recent book, “We Are Smarter than Me”.
