Dr. Patrick Frias, MD, is President & CEO of Rady Children’s Hospital, located in San Diego, it is the largest pediatric health system on the West Coast and one of the nations top-ranked pediatric hospitals. Dr. Frias talks about how taking care of his employees translates into taking care of his patients.
